From then on every settled bill goes to the guest from your number, a thank-you with your Google Maps and Instagram links follows, and every chat on that number shows up in Guest messages for the owner. No WhatsApp Business API, no Meta approval, no per-message fee. **Does it handle IGST for out-of-state customers?** Yes, by the GST rule for food: restaurant service is supplied where your kitchen is, so it’s CGST + SGST even for an out-of-state company; outdoor catering at an event in another state is IGST. SAC on each line. **My invoice numbers must not skip. How does Rikaab handle that?** Invoice numbers come from one gap-free counter per GSTIN per financial year.
